I have owned many strollers and I have to say that this stroller is by far the best stroller I have ever purchased!! I have a 2 month old and a 20 month old and I absolutely love the fact that I can convert this stroller from a single to a double within seconds. I hated using my double stroller when I had only 1 child with me and didn't want to carry around a single just in case I ended up having both boys with me and needed a double. Now I don't have to worry, this stroller fits in my car with tons of room to spare, the car seat adapter is so easy to assemble and the second seat just snaps right in. I definitely recommend this stroller if you plan to have more children close in age or are having twins. Like the other reviewer stated you will have to buy the second seat kit if you are having twins but you're going to need the second seat anyway within 6 months or so (you can even use the seat before 6 months because it reclines all the way back). I purchased the city select about 2 weeks ago and I a trying to find every excuse that I can to get out of the house to use it. I am able to maneuver easily with one hand around corners and the drive is so smooth. I love that I will not have to purchase another stroller. So worth the purchase!!!!!!!!!!

I hate when people review things they haven't used yet, but I'm going to do that because I'm curious if anyone else has had this experience. We set up our City Select last night. We are expecting twins in the next month and are getting ready for them. We have two Chicco KeyFit 30 car seats and therefore bought two Chicco adapters for the stroller. From everything we can tell based of the instructions and just looking things over we have the adapters installed correctly but the angle seems off. It is our opinion that the car seats, when placed in the adapters, are not reclined fully. Surely not reclined as far as a car seat installed in the car, the Chicco travel system or, the double snap-n-go. The guideline on the car seat that should be parallel with the ground is not and we are concerned that our infants heads will flop forward at the angle provided by the Baby Jogger adapters. It is possible that the angle is acceptable, we have not tried infants in the stroller yet as they are not born, but we are concerned. Other than this, I have no other complaints at this time. Please comment if you have noticed this problem as well or if you had this problem but found a fix for it.

Loving this car seat adapter and stroller!!! We had a newborn and a 15m old... this was the perfect solution for us. I love the seating, I love the car seat option. The stroller is beyond nice. The other day someone stopped me and said " wow, that is a great stroller"... it is! Worth every penny. Our boys are now 3m old and 18m old, both in the 95% range for size and weight and the stroller is hanging tough! Not to mention, it comes completely apart so it fits into any space... I have a small SUV and the stroller fits, with both seats and the adapter in my trunk with groceries. Yesterday I brought only one baby with me and it was a piece of cake to change my double into a single.. what a wonderful invention!

Review by Elisha : Absolutely Love this Adaptor, Stroller, and Car Seat!

(Just to clarify - this is the adapter for the Baby Jogger City Mini stroller and the Chicco KeyFit30 car seat. For some reason, this has been very confusing for some people.)

I used this adapter on my 2010 City Mini stroller, and it works perfectly well. When I place my carseat (without the base) into the adapter, it locks into place and is so secure that I can actually lift the entire stroller by the handle of the carseat. I still use the strap just for added security. The adapter is the same price as a Snap and Go stroller, but this way I can use my City Mini, which is a much better stroller than just the frame, and I have one less piece of gear to store. I cannot recommend this carseat adapter enough! For those with Graco carseats, I believe there is a different adapter for other carseats - don't get this one.

bought this for my citi mini and key fit 30. thought i had bought the wrong adaptor since seat didn't lock in place and was confused whether it was only supposed to support the seat without locking (and only with buckle across seat) after reading other reviews. if you are having this problem you probably just installed it incorrectly! A one inch push of the bar forward (and have 'screws' flush with black mounts) made all the difference. Now the car seat does snap in and can not be removed even without the buckle across the seat. Wish someone had told me that if it doesn't snap in (so that you can lift the whole stroller/seat together) you've installed it wrong!!!

my wife and I were expecting our second son and knew with another very young one a double stroller was in our immediate future...we got the baby jogger city mini double which we love and she found out it had a car seat adapter...instead of buying directly from babies r us where she registered for it I did some research for price comparisons online and that is when I stumbled across the two different types of adapters which depends on your type of car seat (we have a chicco)...she did not know of this when she registered and had asked for the incorrect one...I called baby jogger directly and they were very helpful and steered me in the correct direction...this product works great and is quite the crowd stopper (we get asked about it everywhere)...something to note...I consider myself relatively handy and this was a pain to install...the directions are very poor and it made for a challenge however once installed it works almost seamlessly...one other things is that it is obtrusive and will require a very large space in your suv and I wouldn't think there is any way possible to get the stroller in a car's trunk once installed...we have a Honda pilot and it barley fits in there...

I love the stroller, but this is for the bar. Here is what I like about the infant seat adapter bar:

~easy installation
~extra strap to truly secure the infant seat
~easy to remove if necessary

Now on to the cons:

~when the bar is on, the canopy has to be removed entirely. The canopy was a HUGE selling point for me. While I have gotten used to not having it, it's still frustrating that you have to remove a part of the stroller to use this bar.
